Talance helped the Washington Association of Community and Migrant Health Centers by creating a custom learning platform to host the online Registered Medical Assistant Training Program and also to build the training in an online format.

The Registered Medical Assistant Training Program developed by the Washington Association of Community and Migrant Health Centers (WACMHC) provides an alternative route for qualified training within a changing healthcare delivery system. The intent is to provide education and training for occupations in the health care field that pay well and are expected to either experience labor shortages or be in high demand.

Every Woman Matters is a program at the Nebraska Department of Health and Human Services that can help women get health check-ups. Talance customized a learning management system for their online training and helped set up a blended online and in-person course for individuals working at community based organizations and local health departments. Before working with Talance, the firm focused exclusively on in-person emergency preparedness training that was difficult to deliver on time in different countries.
