Overview/Description
It is estimated that 17.5 million Americans are affected by depression of some type, and stress and anxiety affect almost everyone at some point. This course introduces the fundamentals of what depression, anxiety, and stress. It explains triggers and how they affect the body. This background in addition to resources, culturally competent case studies, and practice sessions will give your team the tools they need to aid people with these issues and increase their overall health.
