		<description>This is a useful and inspirational compilation.  I find Twitter has its own culture, and its important to tweet within that culture to be successful. This means GIVING more than asking (links, information, opportunities), and being very people centered (rather than institution-centered).  I suggest following others on Twitter and being aware of who you read and value, and why.  Thanks for conducting this survey and sharing the results!</description>
