Good point - ClickTale and Crazy Egg are more appropriately labeled usability tools. But there seems to be quite a bit of overlap these days, so I grouped them together.

Which are the tools you use most?

This is a subject matter that I live in. ClickTale and Crazyegg are not true web analytic tools. They are good for understanding in-page behavior of visitors to the site - where people are moving their mouse, clicking on, scrolling etc.

Tools like Clicky and Google Analytics give a deeper understanding of visitor/visit behavior like where are visitors coming from (referring sites, search engines, emails), conversion goals, engagement and so on.
