Daily duties mean keeping up with appointments and following a treatment schedule. All of it requires being on top of the disease in order to improve the chances of overcoming it.

The Massachusetts Department of Public Health already had a popular training program. But there was just one problem: it was in-person. When they started getting push-back from employers who were concerned about staff losing too much time and expense to travel, they decided to move online. Over the last 4 years, the program has been adopted across the U.S.
